We at Red Carpet Aesthetics strive to provide you with the highest level of service and care. To ensure that our services run smoothly and efficiently, we have established the following terms and conditions:
At Red Carpet Aesthetics, we understand that time is a precious commodity, and we believe that respecting one another’s time is crucial. With that in mind, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
In the event that you are unable to provide us with sufficient notice, we will be forced to impose a cancellation fee of $50.00. We want to ensure that our scheduling system runs smoothly, and that all our customers receive the best possible service from us.
If you have a prepaid package through a third party, we will redeem one session of your package in lieu of the cancellation fee. This is a standard policy we have in place to ensure that our customers receive the best possible care while still being able to maintain our schedule effectively.
We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. Please be advised that any arrivals that are more than 15 minutes late may result in the rescheduling of the appointment.
Any third-party purchases may only be purchased one time per person, unless stated otherwise. If an additional purchase has been made, it will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any person displaying negative behavior, bullying, or hate speech.
All follow-up appointments must be scheduled within two to three weeks from the date of the original appointment, or they will no longer be considered a follow-up.
All consent forms must be completed prior to treatment.
