Red Carpet Aesthetics, operating by Trifecta Med Spa, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities, including those who use assistive technology such as screen readers, voice recognition software, screen magnifiers, or switch devices.

This statement applies to all web content published under the domain https://redcarpetaesthetics.com. We continuously evaluate and update our website to work toward conformance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and support our obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

2Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Status: Red Carpet Aesthetics is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the strictest technical standard (particularly third-party integrations detailed below), though the core website content and user pathways are built with accessibility as a fundamental design requirement.

3Accessibility Features & Design Practices

We take the following practical measures across our design and development workflow to support accessibility:

• Color and Contrast: We design body text, interactive controls, focus indicators, and meaningful graphical elements to meet WCAG contrast requirements against their backgrounds.
• Keyboard Navigation: All navigation menus, buttons, links, form fields, and collapsible accordions are designed to be fully navigable via keyboard (Tab, Enter, Space, and Escape) with visible focus outlines.
• Semantic Structure & Assistive Tech: We use semantic HTML landmarks (<header>, <main>, <nav>, <footer>) and descriptive ARIA attributes so screen readers can announce dynamic controls accurately.
• Motion Sensitivity & Alternative Text: Decorative imagery includes empty alt attributes for screen readers, informative photos feature descriptive text, and decorative background animations respect user OS reduced-motion preferences.

4Assessment & Testing Methodology

The accessibility of Red Carpet Aesthetics was evaluated through a combination of internal self-assessment and technical audits, including:

• Automated Testing: Automated audits (such as Lighthouse and axe-core accessibility scanners) to catch baseline markup and contrast defects.
• Manual Keyboard Review: Full manual keyboard walkthroughs verifying logical tab order, non-trapping focus, and interactive state triggers.
• Screen Reader & Browser Compatibility: Evaluated in modern evergreen browsers (Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox) with screen reader testing environments (VoiceOver on macOS/iOS and NVDA on Windows).

5Known Limitations & Third-Party Systems

Despite our efforts to ensure accessibility of all pages, some elements may have limitations due to reliance on third-party software that is outside our direct code control:

• Zenoti Online Booking Engine: While we have customized our booking interface for accessibility, certain external dialogs, calendar pickers, or payment gateways rendered by Zenoti or payment processors may contain third-party accessibility limitations.
• Interactive Google Maps: Embedded interactive maps may have keyboard navigation or focus limitations native to the Google Maps API. Full address and text-based directions are always provided in plaintext alongside maps.
• Social Media Embeds / External Videos: Third-party embedded players (such as YouTube or Instagram widgets) may have closed-caption or control constraints governed by their respective platforms.

We continually work with our technology partners to encourage accessibility improvements in external components.
